You can put the text of the document in columns. Column layout is used, for example, in newspaper articles, leaflets, and dictionaries. The text is distributed in columns together with the objects it contains: tables, images, formulas, and so forth
The following limitations currently apply:
–You cannot create columns in headers and footers, footnotes, tables, and shapes.
–The display of the column separator is not supported.
–If the parameters of columns created in a third-party application are changed in MyOffice Text, the column separator is removed.
–If the image is in In line with text position and is wider than the column, it is cropped to fit the column width.
–If the image is in Square position, the text around the image can be carried over letter-by-letter rather than word-by-word.
–In documents with column layout, text balancing, that is even distribution of text throughout the columns, is applied by default. For example, if in a two-column document, a small piece of text is left on the last page, it is spread across two columns with the same height (rather than being placed in a single column). Disabling text balancing is not available in the current version.
–The minimum column width is 1.27 cm.
–Minimum spacing between columns is 0 cm.
–The maximum number of columns per page is 45.
